R P M Heating & A/C Inc. / Marlton was founded in 1966. Through the years, we have grown thanks to our loyal customers. In spite of the growth, we feel that it is very important to keep our service personal. We answer our phones (no voicemail) and we treat each customer as if they are part of the family. We are a family owned and operated business that was founded by Raymond P. Mank. We are a second generation company owners are Stephen Sweeney, Sherry Mank Sweeney and Cynthia Mank Dolan. We always try to make our customers feel like family, and many of our customers are also second generation customers.
We take great pride in our work and when we are finished, our technicians clean up and leave the work area as they found it. We value our customers opinions and send a follow up letter (after installations) asking for suggestions on how to improve our services. We take your responses seriously.
